Initial consult - 60 minutes ($160)
Receive a full nutrition & lifestyle assessment, followed by education with nutrition recommendations and goal setting, taking into account your individual medical conditions, social and cultural situation, food preferences and lifestyle.
Follow up consult - 30 - 40 minutes ($95)
Further assessment, troubleshooting, and education, with additional goal setting as required, moving you closer towards your health and nutrition goals.
Rebates
MEDICARE
To claim a Medicare rebate on any session, you will need a current Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP. This plan needs to be referred directly to “GF Dietetics,” and must state the number of visits allocated to a dietitian.
The current rebate is $58.00 per dietetic session. You will need to pay for your session up front in full (see below). Following your session, we will send your claim to Medicare and they will pay your rebate into your bank account.
PRIVATE HEALTH COVER
Depending on your health insurance policy and level of cover, you may be able to claim a rebate. You will need to check with your insurer on the rebate amount.

Please be aware that you cannot claim from both Medicare and Private Health for the same session.
Payments + appointment details
PAYMENTS
Payments are taken electronically, using your debit or credit card info. You will receive a payment link in your appointment confirmation email. Payment is required in full 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Your security is important to us. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe holds the highest level of payment processor security (PCI Service Provider Level 1).
BOOKINGS
Appointments are conducted via Telehealth video call software. You will receive your consult link in your appointment confirmation email (don't worry, you don't need to download any apps, software or create any logins).
Before your booking, you will also receive a link to a client details and consent form. Please complete the form and submit at least 24 hours before your appointment.
