As an online dietitian based in Australia, I support people with coeliac disease, gluten free living, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other gut health concerns — wherever you are. All consultations are delivered via telehealth dietitian video or phone call, so you can get expert support without leaving home.
Whether you're newly diagnosed and navigating a gluten free diet in Australia for the first time, or you've been gluten free for years and want ongoing support, book a session below.
A deep-dive session for anyone new to coeliac disease. Covers label reading, eating out, cross-contamination, nutrient adequacy, bone and gut health, and more — plus my Getting Started Gluten Free eBook to keep.
