Coeliac Disease Dietitian & Gluten Free Nutrition Support

Living with coeliac disease shouldn't mean guessing your way through the gluten free aisle or relying on Google, ChatGPT or a Facebook group for answers. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and coeliac disease dietitian with lived experience of coeliac disease myself, I help people across Australia go gluten free with confidence — through personalised, evidence-based telehealth support, not generic advice.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, still working through investigation, or you've been gluten free for years and still have questions, working with an experienced coeliac dietitian means getting guidance tailored to your body, your symptoms and your life — not a one-size-fits-all fact sheet.

Have you been:

  • recently diagnosed with coeliac disease?
  • feeling stuck, anxious or confused about your gluten free diet?
  • still struggling with symptoms after going gluten free for coeliac?

If you answered yes to any of the above, working with a gluten free dietitian who understands coeliac disease (inside and out) could make all the difference.

Why work with a coeliac disease dietitian?

Coeliac disease isn't just "cutting out bread." It's a lifelong autoimmune condition that affects nutrient absorption, gut health, and long-term health outcomes like bone density and nutritional deficiencies — and the advice you find online rarely accounts for your specific situation.

As a coeliac disease dietitian (sometimes searched for as a 'celiac nutritionist') and Accredited Practising Dietitian, I bring together clinical training, up-to-date research and my own lived experience of coeliac disease to help you:

      • Understand exactly what "gluten free" really means for coeliac disease, especially when it comes to trace gluten, cross-contamination, and label reading
      • Build balanced, varied meals that don't just avoid gluten, but also actively support gut healing, long-term health and your own unique lifestyle.
      • Navigate eating out, travel, and social situations without the anxiety or overthinking.
      • Get personalised, evidence-based answers instead of conflicting, anecdotal information from forums and search results

    Do you want:

    • More confidence to live gluten free?
    • Less anxiety about your gluten free diet?
    • To enjoy eating again?
    • Peace of mind on your gluten free diet?
    • To know how to reduce risk of coeliac related complications?

Coeliac Intensive vs. a standard initial consult

Not sure whether you need the full Coeliac Intensive or a standard initial consult?

    As a general guide:

    • Coeliac Intensive (90 min + eBook) — best if everything about coeliac disease feels new. One session won't cover everything (coeliac disease takes several sessions to fully work through), but a longer first session is the most efficient way to get started — topics we might cover include label reading, eating out, cross-contamination, nutrients, bone health, gut health, and travel — plus my Getting Started Gluten Free eBook to keep and refer back to.
    • Standard initial consult (60 min) — a good fit if you already have a solid grasp of the basics and want to check off a few specific priorities, like label reading or eating out strategies.

    Frequently Asked Questions

No referral is required to book a consult, though a referral from your GP may mean you're eligible for a Medicare rebate under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Speak with your GP to find out if you qualify.

With telehealth video consultations, you can get expert coeliac and gluten free nutrition support from anywhere in Australia, without needing to travel.

Online sources like Google, ChatGPT or Facebook groups can't account for your individual symptoms, test results, other health conditions or personal circumstances. As a dietitian, I provide you with personalised, evidence-based advice you can trust. And honestly, sometimes nothing beats talking to a real-life human.
